These delicious little "toffee" cookies are addictive....easy to make and Makes alot.
Pre heat the oven to 350
Line a standard size cookie sheet (with 1 inch sides) with foil. Coat with a vegetable coating spray. Spread with crackers.
Combine the butter and sugar in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Pour slowly and evenly over the crackers.
Bake for 8 minutes (no longer). Remove and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Wait a few minutes for them to melt (If they don't just return to the oven for a minute), then spread over the crackers.
Cool or refrigerate before cutting into squares.
