Anne Greer McCann is the author of six cookbooks and is a restaurant and industry consultant. She has consulted for major food companies including General Mills and Proctor and Gamble. She has also worked with the Research and Development Team for Pillsbury, Campbell Soup, Las Palmas Foods and Quaker Oats. Her restaurant consulting includes Brinker International, Hops! Inc, Deer Valley Resort and the Loews Anatole Hotel. McCann, formerly Anne Lindsay Greer, has been a frequent guest on national television programs.

Anne McCann's career began with her Cuisinart book, followed by a twelve year relationship with Cuisinart, training regional demonstrators, testing equipment and developing recipes.
